Ian Pooran - Creative / Apparel Designer

I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Communication and Design with a concentration in Advertising and Design. I created a clothing brand called Rumors Of War in 2020 where I have build a strong community. 

I am passionate visual communicator, with over a decade of experience in concept development, art direction, graphic design, fashion design, photography and illustration. My aim is to create design that provokes, engages and delights, while expanding my design skills to gain a broader understanding of how to adapt to the needs and challenges of my clients.

I am currently a designer at Hanes Brand Inc where I provide trend research, designing collection , corresponding with factories and working with innovative people to develop creative ideas for the Licensing of Ralph Lauren men’s sleepwear, loungewear and underwear.

Based on the specific client needs of each project, I am able to contact illustrators, editors, photographers, programmers and designers from a network of gifted creative professionals.
